Technological and innovative projects looking for external funding will have access to the leading seed investors investing in technological companies, as an alternative to traditional financing methods, with numerous obstacles for this type of transactions. Besides, if you are unsuccessful attracting capital, services provided by INBERSO will be free.
If you are the owner, promoter or executive director of a Spin-off generated in the Iberoamerican Space of Higher education or in one of its technological centres or scientific parks looking for private financing in order to create, focus or expand your business project, you can send us an ADMISSION REQUEST to become a member of INBERSO. We will then contact you to request the necessary information related to your project (Business Plan, Executive Summary).
Once we asses your project, we will include it in our e-platform so that it becomes accessible to all investors registered in INBERSO. From that moment on, any investor interested in your start-up can contact you.
Do not be discouraged if you are unsuccessful raising start-up funding: INBERSO will cover all the costs. No success, no costs. However, if you obtain financing, INBERSO shall receive the amount specified in the general conditions of use (art. 15). It shall be noted that INBERSO only puts stakeholders in contact; we do not intervene in the fund-raising process, verify data or carry out independent research.
